Roller Chains

Roller chains European design (ISO 606) and American design (ISO 606), roller chains GL with straight plates, roller chains RF made of stainless and acid-resistant steels, maintenance-free and low-maintenance roller chains, customer specifications.

Leaf Chains

Load chains in cranes, hoists and lifting equipment. For carrying counterweights and for transmitting reversing movements under load. Leaf chains of the LL series, based on chain components of the roller chain standard ISO 606.

Carrier Chains

V-belt

The classic V-belt is still one of the most economical drives for light to moderately loaded applications. Available as a wrapped construction and as an open-flanked, shaped-toothed construction.

PU Toothed Belts

Extremely resilient. Due to their high breaking strength, they are designed for high shock loads. In all common profiles. They are cut from the spool, so any belt width is possible.

Neoprene Yard Goods

Endless neoprene synchronous belts for linear movements (garage doors or gantry cranes), for high positioning accuracy (machine tools, x-y coordinate machines) and reversing drives (computers, printers and office machines).

Neoprene Toothed Belts

Maintenance-free and cost-effective alternative to classic drives. Neoprene toothed belts have a significantly higher transmission capacity and higher positioning precision with a longer service life than classic drive components.

Composite V-belts

Common V-belts of equal length connected by a cover plate. Depending on the application, with two to five ribs as standard. Different materials. Raw edge, cogged V-belts or wrapped construction.

Synchronous Belts

An alternative for conventional drives such as chains and gearboxes. Constant transmission ratio. High power transmission. High positioning accuracy. Low bearing load. Maintenance-free.

Flat Belts

These Power transmission belts are mostly made of polyurethane in combination with an extremely stable tension member. Compact. Different coatings depending on the brand.

Narrow V-Belts toothed

For light and heavy machinery. High-performance V-belts for the transmission of high power and torque. Very flexible due to toothing. Long service life. Accurate, low-noise operation.

Narrow V-Belts

Tapered shape. Higher in profile than a drive belt. Constant coefficient of friction. Smooth running and higher power transmission than conventional drive belts. Low noise. Low maintenance.

Hole V-belts

Hole V-belts can be used everywhere where classic V-belts are normally used. The advantage is that they can be easily cut to length and connected with hinge joints or plate connectors.

Round Belts

Round belts are extremely flexible in use. They can achieve high speeds. They have a high friction similar to that of V-belts, but are easier to cross. Furthermore, they are either manufactured endlessly in a mould or made of round cords joined together.

Double V-belts

The double V-belt is coated and is characterized by a double, classic V-profile. Particularly effective where forces from two or more pulleys have to be transmitted through the substructure as well as through the back of the belt.

Wide V-belts

The wide V-belt is extremely effective for varying speeds due to its special tooth profile and high transverse strength. It matches the pulley grooves effortlessly and therefore offers maximum speed accuracy.

Toothed belts

Drive belts with toothing. Runs form-fit in toothed belt pulleys. Advantage over the V-belt, as the toothing makes slippage impossible. Compact application that saves resources and energy. Low maintenance.

Maintenance-free chains

Link V-belts

Also called lamella V-belts. Made of polyurethane elastomers reinforced with several layers of polyester fabric. End V-belts made of single links.

V-Ribbed Belt | Composite V-Belt

Consist of several V-belts connected to each other by a cover plate. The composite belts prevent the belts from twisting sideways or slipping out of the pulley.

Magnetic couplings

Optionally with and without containment shroud. Torques from 0.15 to 1,000 Nm. High power transmission. Non-contact torque transmission with permanent magnets.

Flange couplings

Versions: Torsionally stiff, torsionally flexible and highly flexible coupling .

Steel laminae coupling

Torsionally stiff, backlash-free and maintenance-free. High displacement values. Rated torque up to 280,000 Nm. Single and double cardanic designs. Standard series up to shaft diameter 330 mm.

Flexible jaw couplings and pin & bush couplings

Torsionally stiff, flexurally elastic. Angular, radial and axial shaft displacement within defined ranges. Versions: torsionally flexible jaw couplings, torsionally flexible and fail-safe shaft coupling.

Gear couplings / Curved-tooth gear couplings

Compensation of axial, radial and angular shaft displacements. Positive torque transmission. Double cardanic.

Torque limiters / overload couplings

Important elements to avoid downtimes and high repair costs. Safety clutch: If an overload occurs due to a breakdown in the system, the torque limiter uncouples the driving and driven side in the drive train.

Clamping sets

Backlash-free shaft-hub connection. Range includes clamping sets / shrink discs / clamping elements. Simultaneous transmission of torque and axial force. Frictionally engaged connection between cylindrical, non-keyed shafts and hubs.

Torque sensor

Determines 4 key parameters: Torque, speed, rotation angle and direction of rotation. Maintenance-free. Integrated speed measurement. Output signal ±10 volts. Rotation direction signal. 24 bit. For rotating and stationary applications.

Precision joints / Cardan shafts

Consist of a joint centre piece and 2 hub bodies ( linked by straps). Bearing: plain or needle bearing. Advantage: Compensation of larger angular displacement. Compensation of radial misalignment through double shaft joints.

V-Ribbed Pulleys

Machine elements required in a V-belt drive. For connecting two shafts by a V-belt or power belt. Material mostly grey cast iron. Available as: Solid pulley; Base pulley; Arm pulley.

Timing Belt Pulleys

Toothed belt pulleys for finished bore and toothed belt pulleys for taper clamping bushes. In metric and inch size. Depending on the profile and pulley diameter, this type of pulley is available in steel (C45), grey cast iron (EN-GJL-200) or aluminium.

Flat Belt Pulleys

Flat belt pulleys (in taper design) offer several advantages compared to V-belt drives: high efficiency, four times longer service life, low noise. Maintenance is low due to almost wear-free operation. Belt retensioning is hardly necessary.

V-Belt Pulleys

Available as standard in unbored, prebored or in clamping bush design. Made of cast iron (GG) and steel. Also, available in other materials such as aluminium, plastic or stainless steel.

Shaft-Hub-Connections | Clamping Sets

Standardized types of connection to transmit torques and power from a shaft or pin to a rotating hub. They also transmit axial forces, shear forces and bending moments.

Brake systems

Chain Oil

Lubrication reduces friction and chain wear. Oils are common for continuous relubrication. Greases are preferred when the ambient air contains dust.

Quickflex Coupling

For the rigid, elastic, movable or detachable connection of two shafts. Suitable for harsh conditions. No lubrication necessary. Minimal maintenance required. Simple installation. Numerous application and mounting configurations.

Chain Cutter

To cut chains quickly and easily. Chain cutters are used to quickly and easily cut chains. They allow defective chain links to be replaced or chains to be shortened.
