The sales cooperation’s are increasing: partnerships with Henkel (Loctite / Teroson) and OKS are signed, 4 new employees are added in IT management, internal and field sales.

W + A becomes a trading partner of NSK Deutschland GmbH and the new, pleasantly bright and inviting company building in Langenargen is moved into -with 300 sqm of office space, 1,000 sqm of storage space and potential for the future.
On our ten-year anniversary, the figures are rosy. With record sales new employees continue to be added focusing on increased sales in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. The planning of the new headquarters is taking shape.

Mid 2009, W + A takes over Schmitz Kugellager GmbH with its employees and opens a branch in Rheinstetten near Karlsruhe. Tettnang also continues to hire more staff.
The sales office is extended, the storage area expanded. Regional distribution continues to grow as new colleagues are added. Now, 8 employees are working at W+A.
Anika Bäuerle joins the successfully growing company.
The need is recognized and from a garage in Tettnang, near Lake Constance, the first rolling bearings are delivered out. Equal founding partners Hugo and Sven Bäuerle, father and son, become joint managing directors of W + A Wälzlager- und Antriebstechnik GmbH.
