Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Multi-purpose. For radial and axial loads. Solid outer and inner rings and cage assemblies. Also available with cover washer made of sheet steel or sealing washer made of rubber, already greased.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Angular contact ball bearings can support both radial and axial loads in one direction. Generally, they are always used in pairs, but the space between the two bearings must be precisely adjusted.

Axial Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Absorption of axial and radial loads. High load capacity. High axial rigidity. Suitable for maximum speeds. Designs: Single direction axial angular contact ball bearings, Double direction axial angular contact ball bearings.

Self-aligning Ball Bearing

Double-row units. The inner ring, balls as well as the cage, can be turned around the bearing centre to a certain extent. This allows small tilting positions of the shaft and of the housing. The most common type of cage is made of plastic.

Axial Deep Groove Ball Bearing

Available in single and double operating versions. Can be fitted with adjustable washers under the housing washers to adjust shaft misalignment or installation errors. Can absorb high axial forces.

Four Point Contact Bearings

Single row radial ball bearings. The bearing rings are designed to support axial loads in both directions. The inner ring has two sections. A high number of balls can be housed. Smaller than double-row angular contact ball bearings.

Spindle Bearings

Single rows angular contact ball bearings for the bearing support of machine tools. Close tolerances. For high requirements on precision guidance and speed suitability. Cannot be dismounted. Versions: open and sealed.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Two raceways in the inner ring and a hollow raceway in the outer ring. The centre of the raceway of the outer ring lies on the bearing axis. This allows the bearing to align itself and compensate for any deformation of the shaft.

Tapered Roller Bearings

Can support both radial and axial loads in one direction. Tapered roller bearings can be adjusted and dismantled. Generally, tapered roller bearings are always used in pairs.

Sealed Spherical Roller Bearings

Sealed radial roller bearings for high, maximum loads in harsh environments. Low noise. Extremely efficient. Compensates shaft deflections or misalignments. Grease drainage is prevented by the seal.

Axial Spherical Roller Bearing

Advantage: Absorption of high axial loads. Sheet steel, steel or brass cages are used. Due to their high strength, well suited for high temperatures and all lubricants.

Split Spherical Roller Bearings

Split spherical roller bearings reduce maintenance times in locations where bearings are difficult to reach. They allow quick bearing replacement without dismantling the mounted parts and assemblies on the shaft. Downtimes are shortened.

Crossed Roller Bearings

Bearings for precision applications. High tilting moment load carrying capacity, rigidity and accuracy: They can support radial loads, axial loads from both directions, tilting moments and any combination of loads in one bearing position.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings have a cylindrical rolling element which is in line contact with the raceways. These bearings can be dismantled and are also available in a double row design. Particularly suitable for high speeds.

Axial Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Axial cylindrical roller bearings have cylindrical rolling elements. They can only support axial loads. Well suited for high loads. High axial rigidity. Dismountable design: roller and cage assembly, housing locating washer, shaft locating washer.

Needle Roller Bearings

Can support high radial loads due to their small difference of the bearing outer diameter to the inner diameter and the many elongated rollers. Designs: Axial angular contact needle roller bearings, needle angular contact ball bearings.

Axial Needle Roller Bearings

For applications with limited space. Minimal axial requirement. Dimensionally stable cage. Suitable for high speeds. Flexible application possibilities. Installation guide: If adjacent machine parts are not suitable for the raceways, use bearing washers.

Needle bushes | Drawn cup needle roller bearings

For applications with small radial installation space, if the housing bore is not suitable as a raceway for needle roller and cage assemblies. Suitable for high radial loads and high speeds. Simple mounting, no additional locking elements necessary.

Axial bearing washers

Can be used as shaft washer or housing washer. Shaft washers are centred inside, housing washers are centred outside. If the adjacent machine parts cannot be used as a running surface for the rolling elements, axial bearing washers are used.

Fuse Plates and Fuse Brackets

Elements for form-fitting anti-rotation protection of nuts, especially slotted nuts. Made of steel. Instead of a locking plate, a locking bracket can also be used, which is fixed by a hexagon head screw.

Needle Roller Inner Ring

Are used in needle roller and cage assemblies, needle roller and cage assemblies or needle bushes when the shaft cannot be used as a raceway. High load capacity. Made of tempered roller bearing steel.

Needle Cage
